Birth Injury Advertising for Law Firms
Exclusive Facebook and Instagram campaigns. Transparent fees. A direct call with Jacob Malherbe.
Birth injury campaigns should reflect your firm’s accepted locations, injury criteria and intake requirements. Jacob will discuss those inputs with you before the team develops campaign images, messaging and a landing page for attorney approval.
Facebook and Instagram campaigns for your firm
MTAA manages advertising exclusively on Facebook and Instagram. Mass tort advertising remains the agency’s main focus; this is one of its additional established campaign areas.
Firm-approved criteria and exclusive leads
MTAA owns and operates the Meta ad accounts. Campaigns for the same tort can share a tort-specific pixel and benefit from accumulated campaign data. Each campaign directs leads to one law firm’s approved landing page. The firm’s leads, retainers and claimant relationships are exclusive to that firm; leads are not resold or shared with other firms.
Families responding to advertising may not know whether an injury supports a legal claim. Intake answers and signed documents do not establish negligence or case eligibility; further review belongs with the firm.
Budget, fees and refunds
The minimum campaign budget is $25,000, including all fees, with no fixed spending timeline. Pricing is actual Facebook and Instagram ad spend plus a 15% management fee, a one-time $1,000 setup fee per tort, and $100 per signed retainer when CloudIntake is used. The management fee is earned only as advertising money is spent. Unspent client funds can be refunded at any time for any reason, after accounting for fees already earned or owed.
Cost per lead and cost per signed retainer vary. MTAA does not guarantee a cost per case.
Choose your intake and review process
Your firm can handle intake and receive leads directly in its CRM. Optional CloudIntake applies the question flow your attorney approves; discuss the documents appropriate to your campaign with Jacob. Medical-record authorization is relevant when the matter calls for it.
Launch and reporting
Campaigns normally begin running within about three days after the firm supplies its qualification criteria and completes the required approvals. The attorney approves the disclaimer, images and landing page. If CloudIntake is used, the attorney also approves the question flow against the firm’s criteria. Timing depends on receiving those inputs and approvals.
Before launch, the client receives a dashboard showing the campaign budget, actual ad spend, MTAA’s earned fee, cost per lead, cost per signed retainer, applicable intake costs and remaining funds. The dashboard updates automatically every hour from Facebook. When a firm uses its own intake, signed-retainer reporting depends on the outcomes supplied by that intake system.
