The MTAA Intelligence Suite

We don't guess. We nerd out over data.

Most agencies talk about being "data-driven." We built the data. MTAA pulls live feeds from the Census Bureau, the SSA, the CDC, NOAA, NIFC, the NAIC and CMS — millions of records — structures them, scores them, maps them, and turns them into the targeting and litigation intelligence behind every campaign we run. Here's a look under the hood.

Disability Intelligence Network

We cite our sources — down to the variable code

Every figure in our disability targeting layer traces back to a named federal dataset on a documented refresh cycle: Census ACS 5-Year Estimates, the SSA OASDI/SSI Annual Statistical Report, CDC PLACES, and the VA's National Center for Veterans Analysis. We pull the raw Census ACS variables directly — B18101 for population, B18102 through B18106 for hearing, vision, cognitive, ambulatory and self-care difficulty. No black box. If a number is on our screen, we can tell you exactly which government table it came from.

Disability Intelligence Network

Every U.S. county, scored and mapped

We render disability concentration county by county across all 50 states, classified into high, medium and standard tiers off live Census ACS data. It's how we find the populations a tort campaign needs to reach instead of spraying ad spend across a whole state and hoping.

Disability Intelligence Network

The national picture, current to the latest SSA release

8.7 million SSDI recipients. 7.6 million on SSI. A $1,319 average monthly benefit and a 65% initial denial rate. These aren't ballpark figures — they're pulled straight from SSA's published statistical reports and refreshed when SSA refreshes them.

Nursing Home Discovery

1,000 facilities. 929 flagged high-risk. One map.

We ingest the full CMS nursing-home universe — every certified facility in the country — score each one, and surface the high and critical ones on a single national map with Special Focus Facility flags layered on top. The overview panel tracks abuse citations, immediate-jeopardy findings and penalties as the federal data updates.

Nursing Home Discovery

Ranked by abuse citations, straight from CMS

For any state, we rank facilities by abuse citations over a rolling 36-month window, with deficiency scores, CMS star ratings, immediate-jeopardy counts and last-citation dates — all exportable. (Facility names are obscured in this public view.) It's the kind of structured, sortable view of public CMS data that takes most operations weeks to assemble by hand.

MTAA Storms

256 active fires, 706,652 acres — tracked in near real time

Our wildfire layer runs on the NIFC database, sized by acreage and tagged by cause, with human-cause fires separated out for utility-negligence and insurance bad-faith work. When a fire breaks, the affected geography is already in our system.

MTAA Storms

Storm density, county by county

Hail, wind and severe-weather events mapped at the county level off NOAA data, ranked by recency and severity. It's how a property or storm-damage campaign reaches the counties that were actually hit, in the window when claimants are looking for help.

MTAA Storms

NOAA-verified storm records for any address

Drop in a client address — or a whole CSV of them — pick a storm type, period and radius, and we pull the NOAA-verified storm history for each location. Raw weather data becomes case-ready documentation.

MTAA Storms

Regulatory data, turned into demand-letter language

We surface NAIC complaint ratios by carrier and state — State Farm running 3.1x the industry average in Texas, for one — and generate a ready-to-use demand-letter snippet citing the official NAIC Market Conduct figures. This is the whole MTAA approach in one screen: take public data nobody else bothers to structure, and turn it into something that does work.

This is what's behind your campaign

When MTAA runs a tort campaign, this is the machinery underneath it — the reason we can find the right claimants, in the right counties, at the right moment. If you want to see how it applies to a tort you're working, let's talk.
