PRR (Proportional Reporting Ratio)

A statistical measure used in pharmacovigilance to quantify disproportionate adverse event reporting for a specific drug-event combination in FAERS data. A PRR above 2.0 with statistical significance suggests the event is reported disproportionately for the drug compared to all other drugs — a key causation signal.
