Drip Campaign

An automated sequence of email and SMS touchpoints delivered to prospects or existing clients over time to drive conversion or re-engagement. In the mass tort context, drip campaigns are most commonly deployed against a law firm's existing client database to identify clients who may qualify for new tort campaigns.
